Design Charrette Registration

REGISTER FOR THE DAUPHIN ISLAND STRATEGIC PLANNING DESIGN CHARRETTE - July 26-28, 2007.

We need to know how many people will be attending the Design Charrette so we can plan for meeting room logistics and food/refreshments. We also ask you to indicate if you are registering as an "Observer" or "Team Member" so we will know whether you will only ocassionally be attending or participating during the entire event. Team Members must participate for the entire day on Friday, July 27th and must also attend the pre-Charrette meeting on Thursday evening. Observers will not be able to participate in the actual discussion of Design Teams but will be able to watch what is happening with the Team during the day on Friday when they attend and comment on the results of their work on Saturday. So make sure you register yourself below according to the level of participation in the Charrette that you can commit to. We encourage you to be a Team Member and participate in the entire Charrette process so we can obtain a true collective wisdom from all stakeholders on how the Town should develop.

Also make sure you complete all the contact information below so that we can confirm your participation in the Charrette. And mark a couple of topics (first and second priority) that you might want to work on during the Charrette.
